Domenico Cennamo’s ‘Ragazzo in Blu,’ is a masculine echo of Yves Klein’s series of feminine ‘Anthropométries’. The lapis posturer of the ragazzo is akin to the “human paint brushes” Klein used to shock the Parisian art world—leaving audiences aghast as they watched the painted ladies press their inked forms across life-size canvases. Cennamo goes one step further than Klein, diversifying his palettes with ragazzi in rosso and nero.

After years as a successful high fashion photographer for such publications as ‘VOGUE’, ‘L’Officiel Hommes’, ‘Pref, Mate', and ‘Zero', Domenico Cennamo (Italian) has allowed his creative spirit to run rampant. The results are such efforts as the publication of ‘Before The Game’ in 2010, a study of the sporting male form. This was followed by 2011’s ‘The New Renaissance of Italian Fusion Cuisine 2.0.’ Cennamo continues to create in France, both in high fashion photography, as well as in other creative projects, such as the magazine 'Forget Them', of which he is also a co-creator.
