Three pieces from the 144 Valuable series, photolithography prints made of the objects that were gifted to the artists as part of a collection of 144.

#18 Birth Control Pill Case
#104 Pink & Blue Feathers
#138 US Stamps (Liberty & Justice)

“These three works are part of an extensive collection that documents objects. The works have a sense of isolation and limitation in regard to what they can express; however, like a poem, they also exhibit a sense of purpose and meaning, placing them amongst an anthropological dialogue. #18 likely belonged to a female with an interest in protecting herself. #104 is more elusive with its pink and blue feathers, prompting the question of whether the feathers are from one or two birds, although they are part of one moment in the photolithography. #138 shows a pair of stamps suggesting a connection between people and places. At the core of this series are questions of human identity and values.”
