Mark Flood (American, b. 1957) is a painter and punk propagandist who is best known for his anarchic humor and critical view of contemporary culture. In the 1980s, Flood was one of the founders of the underground band Culturcide. His work has been exhibited internationally, and is held within the collections of the Dallas Museum of Art and the Menil Collection.
