Nobuto Fukutsu is a Tokyo-based artist who has exhibited frequently throughout Japan. Fukutsu creates figurative imagery though the use of abstracted forms and patterns. His application of paint creates depth and vibrancy, which can be seen in the present work, a depiction of the Buckingham Palace Gardens.
