Japanese artist, Shinro Ohtake, is a painter, creates installations, designs record covers, and designs book covers. The present print titled ‘UK77’ features a strong balance of shape and color. The rectangular work is broken up into smaller rectangles, with each smaller shape featuring more, even smaller rectangles. The smaller shapes are designed with what appear to be several brands and many different patterns in a variety of reds, blues, and yellows.
No apparent condition issues.

Shinro Ohtake (Japanese, b. 1955) is a visual artist working across a variety of mediums, producing drawings, paintings, installations, some media such as video and audio, and works of collage. Ohtake has been a practicing artist for over three decades, having been shown internationally both at documenta (13) and the 2013 Venice Biennale.
